Getting Started In Real Estate
Hey everyone! I'm an incoming sophomore college student and I've been saving money for a down payment. I've been educating myself by reading books and meeting with local real estate agents and I'm eager to learn and get started with Real Estate. I want to get a duplex and house hack the other unit to help pay down my mortgage. I would really appreciate any tips, help with getting started, strategies, and or tweaks to my approach. Thank you guys so much!
