Seeking Advice to Get Started

Hello. I just joined BiggerPockets because I'm an architect in Puerto Rico, USA interested in buying, remodeling, and selling/renting properties. I would like to turn this into a business, putting into practice what I have learned in the design/construction industry over the past 20 years. I am currently in search of ideas and advice on how to get started in this business and perhaps partnering with someone with shared interests and willing to lend a helping hand.
