Anyone used Revive Asset Solutions for Turnkeys?

I am planning to get my first SFR and have been talking to different Turnkey providers. Has someone done business with Revive Asset Solutions in Cleveland area?

I am getting mixed feelings, hence looking here to get a second opinion.
