Looking for a mentor on investing

Bryan Adams
Posted

So we have an opportunity for change and want to take advantage of the equity we have in our house to start investing.  However, we really need guidance.  We really want to learn how to do this and where to start.  We are really interested in long term and short term rentals.  Additionally, we have enjoyed doing our own rehabs in the past but not sure we want to dive into that area for investing.  We just need some help to know where to get started and how best to approach this.  Is there a way to find lenders or creative financing to get started?  We would love to connect with anyone who can help guide and coach us or direct us to some good resources that are specific in getting started.
