Part-Time Job / Part-Time Learn & Add Value

Hello Everyone... I recently moved back home to Tampa, FL from Germany working with the U.S. DoD. I accepted a new Fulltime position still with the Gov. as a Risk/Financial Analyst. That is my main job I love it, but I'm looking to do something in Real Estate as well. Love Real Estate, Risk Analysis, and everything Personal Finance.

So I'm coming to you guys to ask: Where should start this search? How can I add value to someone to assist in some manner?

My Background:

* Undergrad in Finance and Masters in Global Investments

* 6 Years with Department of Defense Finance

* 5 Years with the Financial Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)

* Cert. Level II in Gov. Finance and an I.T. Security Plus Cert.

Thanks
