Profiting off my own property

My property is quite picturesque. I have been contemplating turning a building into an Airbnb on my property..I have also been contemplating advertising to functions who would want a property with views... similar to weddings at barns etc ...Is there a market for this or I should ask does anyone know of anyone who has done anything similar? Do you know anyone who has made profit on there own property by doing different things? If so what have they done?

I think it boils down to me having a pretty property and wanting to profit off of it.
