Hi All!

I'm a new investor looking to get started quickly in McHenry County, IL. I'm currently house hacking and planning to turn this townhome into a MTR next year since I'm close to the McHenry hospital. I've read multiple BP books and I listen to the BP and On The Market podcasts every day. I'm extremely motivated to go full steam ahead in my real estate investing career. I'm reaching out to local investing agents and hard money lenders and hoping to buy another property soon. Just saying hello to everyone in hopes to connect and discuss strategies on finding off market deals. I can also help out of state investors since I've lived in McHenry all my life.
