Good afternoon everybody! Can anyone point me in the right direction of cash buyers and title companies in Las Vegas? They need to be Investor friendly and accepting assignable contracts. I’m running into a lot of scams and needing new direction.

you are at the right forum. I am a investor. I also don't have great experience finding people on Facebook. For family reasons, I will be in Vegas a week every month at least and want to connect with investors, wholesalers, realtors etc. 

I never invested in Vegas. utilizing time and educating myself.
