Penny pincher utilizing education program to get started

Has anyone purchased an educational program when starting their REI journey? I'm interested in Cole Ruud-Johnson's wholesaling program but, like all of the others, it's pricey. He has a good track record, and I'm ready to get started, but I'm also tight with my money. To those who have purchased courses, what was your reasoning and did you find it helpful? If you are tight with your money, and also purchased a program, what made you decide to spend the money? TIA

I've done a bit of cold calling already, and spent a lot of time educating myself on YouTube, but feel like having a coach will help me really kickstart my REI journey.
