Single Family Developer looking to get RE

Hello All,

I’m curious to see if anyone has any recommendations or information on getting started with real estate groups in the DFW area? I have been looking into deals the last couple of months, but would feel more confident if I had groups to network and learn from before I pull the trigger on anything. Small background on myself, I’ve got a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Construction management. I’ve been a single family developer in the DFW for the last 3 years with 5 years of engineering experience before that. I enjoy development, but would like to supplement my income by investing for myself rather than only working to make other people the profit. Any information is greatly appreciated.
