Hello!

I'm excited to be part of this forum and grateful for any advice or guidance you can offer. As a real estate rookie, I'm currently exploring opportunities to make my first deal in Memphis, Tennessee. I would greatly appreciate any insights from experienced professionals in the area. I am especially interested in LTR multi-family.

I’m in Jackson tn down the road from Memphis.  Still finding cash flowing deals in single and multi family here.  Similar numbers to Memphis.
