Newbie priorities - Leads vs Building Team

Kevin Adams
Posted

Hello BP community! I am a first-time investor and am stuck. With very limited time in my day, I’m trying to make little steps towards my RE investing goals every day. I’m at the point where I need to start analyzing deals to get underwriting practice, but I’m not sure if I should focus more on building my out-of-state team first (live in CA, looking to invest in OH or AL). With only 30 min to 1 hour each day, I need to be smart how I allocate my time and work towards my goals. Any thoughts from other newbies or experienced investors on how to prioritize these two important pieces? Thank you!
