Brand new to real estate.

So I've been doing a lot of research. Listening to BP on YouTube,reading books and also in Grant Cardone University  and even talked to a couple of real estate agents and I feel I'm ready for the next step but just don't have the cash or anyway of getting it other than continuing to slowly save it from my regional truck driving job but it dose get a little discouraging when I practice looking at deals and find them but can't afford to do anything yet. I will continue to educate myself and would love to find a mentor in the mean time.
