First time buying a multifamily investment property myself

Hey Everyone! I've been involved in RE investing for a while with my family but am now going to make my first multifamily purchase on my own -- looking at the South Florida (mainly Miami area). Happy to collaborate with anyone else who's in a similiar situation, market, or would just like to connect!
