Starting Out in Denver, CO!

Noah Tsehaye
Posted

Hi everyone!

My name is Noah, and I am 20 years old and live in the Denver metro area. I am here on this forum because I am very eager and really wanting to get started in my real estate career. I have experience in managing properties (leases, demands, other paperwork etc) but I want to start buying real estate and building wealth now. I am open to and interested in all types of real estate from fixing and flipping houses to commercial real estate.

I would love to hear all of your guys' thoughts, advice, and ideas as well as connect with others that live/work in the Denver metro area. I am just trying to absorb as much information as possible and build connections.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from this awesome community!

Hey @Noah Tsehaye! Welcome to BP, and congrats on taking the first step. You have already tackled the major hurdles with having experience managing properties so it is about time for you to jump in. I would definitely check out as many meetups and community events as you can, but if your goal is to get in as quickly as possible I would focus on that. Get with an experienced investor agent, and get started. I would recommend a house hack to start out, as it will get you in with not a lot of capital and you can cut down your living expenses!
