So i’m 22 and have been working on saving to get started with real estate. I know about house hacking with duplexes and was taught by my brother that that’s a solid way to start out. To all my investors, what was the first ACTION step you took? What course did you go? I got a lot of the knowledge down but after you got the money, what did you do???
