Hello,

I'm looking for a good investment opportunity to invest in the suburbs of Atlanta with a good appreciation. Looking at Fulton county( Alpharetta area etc ) but open to others.

I would probably not recommend Alpharetta for an investment. The prices in general are just too high and the neighborhood is too upscale. It's a great part of town for sure, it's just hard to find an investment there that makes sense.

I'd look into Cobb and Gwinnett counties. I'd also look at some of the farther out suburbs such as Covington, Douglasville, Cartersville and McDonough. You'd be amazed at how strong the demand is in places like that.
