Looking to get started

Hello everyone, 

I am currently in my last year of grad school with the goal of getting my CPA in the next two years. I am looking to start in real estate but at the moment I do not have the funds and I do not know where to start. I would like to offer my services to investors in the Fairfield County or New Haven area for things that they might need to be done for some cash and get some real estate experience from them. I am open to networking and see any way that I can provide value.
