Let's Bring Back Apprenticeship Programs

Hello!  I'm looking for what Master Splinter was to Michelangelo (but I intend to meet and maximize my full potential).

As a brand new soon-to-be investor, and with so much shifting and uncertainty in the housing market, I'd like to use this time to significantly 10x my learning.  I'm looking for the opportunity to apply what I'm learning, as well as learn and apply what I don't know from as many experienced, strategic, and data driven investors, agents, lenders, attorneys, GC's, etc. (local and / or virtually) that are interested in being a guide.

What made apprenticeships advantageous, was the hands-on application they allowed in a safe and controlled environment coupled with the learnings in the classroom.  That is what I am looking for; a teacher and guide that can give me real life practical action items to reinforce or correct what I'm learning and ensure I know the right ways to build a successful real estate investing business (and if nothing else, just talking through what you've done, what you are seeing, and how / why you handle things a certain way is cool too).

If you've been looking for a way to pour back into someone with your expertise or maybe even get free help from someone that really wants you to succeed, lets connect.

If this isn't you, but you know a great resource I can use to continue learning, please connect and share.  Here's a link I stumbled upon this morning, but haven't had a chance to dig into yet:  https://jrdelisle.com/wheres_i...

Thanks for the consideration and Happy Problem Solving Friday!
