New to Real Estate and looking to gain exposure!
Hi everyone! I am Giancarlo Kates, a student at UCF and a Miami native, and I have been following the BiggerPockets Youtube videos and podcast for some time now just like many of you! I am new to real estate investing and have read a number of books like Ken McElroy's ABCs of Real Estate series, along with David Greene's BRRRR investing book.
I am starting to find myself with a little bit of analysis paralysis and feel that some real exposure would be a great cure. Do you know of any submarkets between Central and South Florida that could offer some great experience? If anyone is willing, I would even love to spend time shadowing and just learning the ropes of real estate investing.
Thank you so much in advance!
