Mobile Home Fix N Flips
Hello!
Anyone in IL with experience fixing and flipping mobile homes? There are a ton of distressed units near me in my area and all seem priced right. The repair costs seem lower just with the construction being more simple and they are a smaller sqft than a traditional house. But to piggy back on that, the ones priced right do always seem to need a complete remodel including subfloor due to moisture.
Do you find it better after rehab to sell and get out? Do you ever look at renting the unit even with the higher lot fees parks ask for now? Park management always seem to get in the way of deals as well. Any suggestions with dealing with parks to make the sale go smoother?
