Starting out advise

Austin Woodward
Posted

Hello, all!

My name is Austin. I am just starting out in the real estate space. Wondering if I could pick someone's brain on how you might have started and possibly got around the idea of sinking all of your capital into the deal. Would love to connect and get an idea how I can get moving.

Thanks for your time!

First, don't spend any more than you have to.  That means cash out of pocket, not the purchase price.  Your cost is what comes out of your pocket, not the total cost.  You pay the cash, and the tenant's rent pays the rest.

Second, learn before you leap.  Learn a lot before you leap.
