New investor here doing business remotely (non-US citizen) - how to find a good deal
Hello BP friends :)
I am new to this, a foreigner living out of states :)
After reading more than a couple of books (two of them published by BP, Yeah!),
and running some research on markets and numbers.
I realized that I am missing one important part where the books did not help me understand.
What is an efficient method to find good or even great deals (in addition to the real estate agent)?
Wholesales, but how to find them? Webpages? Do we have to buy subscriptions ($50~100/month)?
NOD, tried to search the web and hardly found GOV pages listing the NOD.
Is it a good idea to buy from other investor (registered here with BP)?
because in the case of other investor neither the property or the person is in distress, he or she is an investor, like me.
What value could i possibly add to that other investor so the deal will be win-win?
I hope my questions are not repeating other post here, and maybe time has changed and there other more efficient methods these days.
thank you
