Turning Primary Residence into Rental
Good Morning,
I am looking to turn my first primary home into an investment/rental property. Would it be best to transfer this over to an LLC or keep it under my name? I know renters insurance will cover some liability but assuming the worst it will not cover personal liability, correct? Any tips or help would be appreciated!
