I am looking to start out in charlotte market. plan is to get a small land and build the multi unit rental. i saw couple of 0.3-0.4 acre lots but i want opinion once buy land, what are the additional expense to account for other than building units. Any approximation how many 2 story units can be built keeping 2 parking per unit ?
