Good morning to you all, My Name is Dontae Taylor and I posted a year ago about getting into the investment side of real estate. I've joined a REIA in Long Island and met some amazing people. Unfortunately, I was unable to close any deals or do any business with anyone in NY. So I took the last year to develop my skills and sharpen my sword if you will. I learned the digital marketing game and plan on using that to raise capital, learn more about real estate, and work with a broker or agent that can be my mentor. To give you a little about me. I am an active duty member of the United States Coast Guard and will get out of the service in August of this year. I plan to move to Houston, TX, and pursue my real estate career there. I love the state of Texas and know my time in service and living in NY must come to an end. I am 24 years old and I would love to start my new journey in life now before I settle down with a family. I'm highly motivated and humble to be mentored and guided in the right direction.
