Finding Owner just by name

I've found a small building in downtown CDA. It's a small abandoned building in between two working businesses. I've found the parcel number, owner's name, and zoning. I've looked up the owner's name online but it's given me several same names but living all over the country. How do I narrow down the search to find the actual owner and phone number?
