Investing in North Charleston
Hey everyone!
My name is Bri, I’m new to the forum but have been listening to BP and preparing for my investment journey for the last year or so. I’m looking to start investing in North Charleston. I’m leaning towards a duplex that needs a little renovation, but I digress. I was looking for a thread specific to North Charleston and this is the closest I’ve found.
I’m looking for any and all information any of you have about investing in the area, the growth rate, and what specific areas I may want to look at/stay away from. I am aware that much of the area is being gentrified currently and I would like to invest before prices continue to rise. Any and all help is appreciated! Thanks so much! 🙏🏼
