Hi!

I'm Kelly and I'm brand new to the forum! I'm really excited to have found it, as it's already motivated me to pursue my dreams of full time investing. I understand that comes with lots of work though. My question is why sell a property if its generating cash flow? I've seen a few posts about selling (for instance a triplex) a property once you've fixed it up, but what about keeping it if it's doing well and paying you each month? Are there more risks involved in keeping it for long term wealth? When do you keep? When do you sell?

A little about lil' ole me: My dad flipped houses when I was 13 yrs young and I got to see some of the processes, but noticed he rarely kept them... I plan on doing something like the opposite. Thanks for the help in advance!
