New to real estate investing and looking for friends in Nashville

Hello! My husband and I are just getting started learning all that we can about real estate investing and would love to meet some people who are currently in the game in and around Nashville. We are looking at starting with airb&b rental arbitrage due to the low capital needed to get started, but I am not married to that strategy if I find another avenue. 

We would love to get coffee and pick your brain!

Hey Sarah, 

Great strategy but difficult in Nashville due to the strict zoning requirements. 

For the most part, if a property can be airbnbed, then it is being airbnbed. 

There are obvious exceptions but just wanted to set clear expectations!

Have you considered House Hacking? Using OPM?
