Newbie Wholesale Advice Needed

Cara Clinton
Posted

Hello, my husband and I are new investors and wholesalers in the Triad.

We had a call with an agent. It went well. We will be double closing this deal.

A few questions and hand holding needed:

Do we do follow up call with the agent to discuss offer price or can we send an email?

When we send our email -- do we go ahead and send over the proof of funds?

How to calculate double closing costs?

What does double close look like step by step (again, hand holding needed so we don't make a rookie mistake)
