Starting out with capital

I have read a ton on here about how to start with no capital etc. Are there thoughts on the best way to move a little quicker if we have, say $150k in capital in the Cincinnati area where smaller multi-families can easily be had for $40-$100k.

My thought is to buy roughly 4 $100k multi-families for around 25% down plus minimal repairs. I will have a consistent, significant cash flow from my daily employment as well to help on any reserves. I appreciate any and all different ideas!!!
