Financing your first distressed propert??
The bank doesn't finance stressed properties and HML are short term like under 12 months. i think i'm missing something. how does new investors buy distressed properties when they don't have the means to cash it out. do they jump onto HML? but what if you aer buying a rental property or house hacking
