  • New to Real Estate
Posted

Hello everyone my name is Ivan Zuniga and just wanted to introduce myself. I am a Marine Corps vet currently finishing my Bachelors. I have lived in So Flo for about 15 years now and want to buy my first property down here.

I look forward to learn a lot and help out the community as much as I can. Thank you for checking out the post!

Hi @Ivan Zuniga - you should 100% use a veteran loan to purchase your first property. You can buy up to 4 units with no money out of your pocket. There is no private mortgage insurance and it is by far the best way to get started with real estate investing!
