Starting Out in NY
Hello,
I am 24, and I live in Queens NY. I know a bit about real estate and would like to get started. In NY it's very hard due to very high prices and unfavorable regulations. I want to start out as an agent in a wholesale agency. Any recommendations? I am great with numbers and have sales skills as I work in sales right now and I am pretty successful.
I feel like if I start in a wholesale agency, I'll learn how to analyze deals and build the necessary network to eventually begin investing myself and will have a great foundation. Please share any thoughts on this and where/how I can begin on this journey, thanks!
(Working out of state remotely is also something I wouldn't mind doing to learn out of state markets)
