Contract for Joint Ownership of a Property with a Business Partner

Hi All,

Myself and my business partner just got an offer accepted on our first investment property in South Carolina.  We are trying to list out all our bullet points for how we want to manage the property, related expenses, residual income after rental income, etc.  The mortgage will be in his name and both of us will be on the deed.  We are looking to split everything 50/50.  Running into some minor hurdles regarding how to manage if one of us wants to sell the house down the road.  We would be very grateful if anyone has a contract for joint ownership they'd be willing to share, or any advice for that matter!  Thanks!
