I am writing to ask how you chose your business structure for taxable events and passthroughs?  Specifically, is there any good reference material you could point me to....?

Thank you Nathan!  This was fascinating to read.  A whole bunch to think about honestly, but I see what you are saying.  Interesting!  I'm in Oklahoma so I don't think a big payout would be inevitable but I am thinking of expanding into Texas, where my family lives.  This gives me a whole bunch to consider and think out.  Thank you so much for your valuable insight!!!!!!!!
