RE Investment Rookie (NJ, Rockland NY, Westchester NY, Northeastern PA, Southern CT)

My name is Jose and I'm a CPA and an IRS Enrolled Agent. I'm planning to invest in the North NJ, Rockland NY, Westchester NY, Northeastern PA or Southern CT area. I've been reading RE books, browsing through BP, and listening to RE investment podcasts for a while now. I'm inclining to work on buying and holding small multi-family rentals with the long-term goal of jumping into larger multi-families. I think the BRRRR method would fit my stile and aligns with my goals. I do have some experience in bookkeeping, accounting systems and taxes in the real estate world as a CPA. I'm hoping to network and connect with some of you. Maybe I can contribute to the BP's forums sharing my experiences as I go.
