House Hacking SFH in Los Angeles
Hi I don't know if this financially makes sense for my case. I want to house hack in LA specifically Monterey Park area. With PIMI + utilities + car payment, I would use my whole month of paycheck if I lived alone in my SFH. If I house hacked / MTR / STR, it would definitely help. Does anyone have insight on the occupancy rate for house hack/MTR/STR in this area ? Also would this be considered "house poor" ? Not sure this makes sense financially since I'm not sure how much occupancy I will have.
