Real Estate Investment Lawyer/CPA

Michael Collins
Posted

I live in Marion Indiana and I made the mistake of investing first and building a team second. I am having a hard time finding a good lawyer. The lawyer I had gave me bad advice and charged me a lot of money for it. I have an LLC set up, but I am looking for a lawyer that knows what they are doing to set me up with an entity for my personal assets and maybe a second to split up my properties. I also have a CPA that has let me know if I am going to go that route I am going to be in over her head and I might want to find a better CPA, which makes me think she might already be in over her head and I need to find one now. any recommendations?
