Wholesaling on-market properties
When wholesaling on market properties listed by agents, do I use my title company or would the agent have a title company they use to close ?

It depends on the deal. If the property was already under contract, the seller might prefer to use their own title company because they have already completed some of the necessary paperwork. However, if you are offering to cover the seller's closing costs, you should be able to use your preferred title company. Usually, in a regular real estate transaction the one who pays for title insurance chooses the title company.
