House hacking with an LLC?

Hello everyone,

I'm an aspiring investor looking at the possibility of living in a residence and renting the other unit, but wasn't sure if I'd be able to househack while purchasing through an LLC. Should I just purchase through my own name and take advantage of putting five percent down or can I do It through an LLC that I'll later purchase more properties through?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
