South Jersey Investors?

Hi everyone! I'm a real estate rookie eager to get started. I don't own any investment properties yet but am always looking and studying. The market is tough in my area right now and I was wondering if there are any South Jersey investors on here that might have some advice for a rookie in the area (specifically Atlantic County).
