Out of state LLC

Hi. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about setting up an LCC for an out of state purchase? Should the LLC be set up and paid for in the state of the property the LLC will be buying? I live in MA and have my sights set on my first investment purchase that is located in CT and I need some guidance on how to go about doing this. Does anyone know of any LLC professionals in CT versed in setting up LLC's for rental properties? Thanks
