Silver Oaks Area - NW San Antonio

Hi Team,

I’m in escrow for a 3 bed and 2 bath single family home in this area. Realtor told me good school system and really easy to rent out. Seems like a safe and highly desirable areas for families. Questions:

1) Do you think this area will have a decent shot at long term appreciation? 
2) Do you agree with long term rental market for this area? 
3) How is the demand for rentals here? 
4) any other feedback or insights you want to share.
