I'm currently 17 years old. I'm getting my realtor License in CA to get my money and eventually invest. Hoping to close my first property within 2 years, I'm wondering what strategy to use or if I should stay in my nearby SD market. I see myself doing BRRR or House Hacking with FHA but on a property with 5+ minimum doors. I just want whatever input you may provide, Thanks.
