Day 3 of my 90 day challenge - when to get pre-approved for a loan?
I will close on a property within 90 days. At which point should I get pre-approved? Can you get pre-approved without knowing the area in which you're going to buy real estate?

Absolutely. Get pre-approved today. Of course, you need to work with a lender that is licensed for the state you wish to purchase property in.
