House Hacking in Texas

Tomas Nuno
Posted

Hey everybody, I am a new investor looking at potentially investing into the Houston/Dallas market. I currently live in San Francisco CA and prices here are a little out of my price range, therefore I am looking out of state.

I want to house hack a duplex/triplex to begin my investing journey and have seen on the MLS that both Houston/Dallas have a good amount of multifamily units for sale. I'm writing this in hopes to connect with people in these two cities so if you have advice/knowledge please reach out. Thank you.
