Best deal processing and deal-finding websites

During our flip last year I unsubscribed to my deal processing websites (foreclosure, propelio, etc). Before I sign back on, I'd like to poll the community:
Best websites for lead generation and property research?
Best websites for auctions, foreclosures (e.g. xome)?
Other online resources you have found to be helpful in the current climate?

Ok. I have to start finding them in the first place. I have to have a way to get numbers to run, even if it's just for the practice. We did our first deal off of a FB REI group. At some point a website comes into play.

     Hey Alan,

I'm new to the investing arena as well, and I see that we are in similar situations. I do agree with you that at some point a website will come into play. The Bigger Pockets calculators have been and are tremendous help, however, I have stumbled upon a website called Privy. It's quite expensive @ $930 a year but what it can do has really impressed me. I have not pulled the trigger on purchasing it myself yet, however, I do see myself leaning towards them as it appears its a one stop shop for MLS and off-market deals. They have several videos and demos you can watch, as well as they put out regular trainings as well. Check them out, let me know your thoughts on them, I'd be curious to hear your thoughts. Hope this helps, Will
