I wanted to ask this question to @DavidGreene on a webinar he hosted today but the chat feature was disabled. My bank says that I need 2 years of work history to qualify for a real estate mortgage so I have to wait another 14 months before I can take out a mortgage with them. I have heard of mortgage brokers and am wondering if anyone in the Bay Area on this forum has experience working with one and if this route is even recommended for financing purposes.

Thanks

Hello @Kyle Spearin and thank you for taking the time to reply back to my post. I have built up my credit to where I have my score at one credit bureau at 760 and 2 others at around 730 but I will be conservative and put it at above 700 since there are multiple scoring criterias.I am interested in single-family or preferably multi-family housing investment for cash-flow.
